Engineering Talent for the NEV Economy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the visit, both sides explored strategies to develop <strong>Upskill and Reskill programs<\/strong> aimed at producing advanced engineers and specialized professionals urgently needed by the evolving mobility sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Three strategic priorities were identified:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strategic R&amp;D<\/strong><br \/>\nJoint research and technology development in new energy vehicle systems in collaboration with industry partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Training<\/strong><strong style=\"color: #555555; font-size: 14.4px;\"><br \/>\n<\/strong>Advanced training programs to strengthen workforce capabilities across the automotive supply chain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability
