Sustainability takes the stage at AU Suvarnabhumi.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 6th Belt and Road Biotechnology Seminar brought together leading researchers and practitioners to explore how food biotechnology can drive innovation, sustainability, and smarter resource use\u2014from nutrition-forward processing to upcycling agri-waste into high-value materials.<\/p>\n<p>Held on\u00a0 February 9, 2026 at the John XXIII Conference Center, Assumption University of Thailand (AU), Suvarnabhumi Campus, the seminar featured an opening ceremony and expert talks spanning circular economy solutions,
