The workshop featured interactive activities and discussions designed to enhance practical skills and foster a deeper understanding of healthcare challenges. This engaging session was led by\u00a0<strong>Mr. Piamsak Uraipan<\/strong>, a distinguished Corporate Trainer and Consultant at SGS. The workshop focused on enhancing participants&#8217; understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) and its critical role in effective communication.
