Prof. Dr. Chanintorn Jittawiriyanukoon, Vice President for Research and Academic Services of AU, the delegation included Dr. Gao Li, Assistant Vice President for Educational Innovation and Graduate Prof. Lu Fuping and university executives, both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to long-term cooperation, with discussions focusing on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Expanding the Confucius Institute at Assumption University as it approaches its tenth anniversary<\/li>\n<li>Joint undergraduate dual-degree programs and co-supervised postgraduate research<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative research in biotechnology, food science, and alcoholic-beverage fermentation<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities in new-energy vehicle engineering, a rapidly growing field in China<\/li>\n<li>Future plans to co-establish an Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and advance cross-disciplinary research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TUST highlighted its national strengths in Key Laboratory of the School of Food Science and Engineering and the Analysis and Testing Center of the School of Bioengineering. These visits identified actionable pathways for collaboration, providing new opportunities for AU students and faculty to engage with China\u2019s growing innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n<h3>A New Chapter for Sino\u2013Thai Academic Collaboration<\/h3>\n<p>This visit reaffirmed the long-standing relationship between Assumption University of Thailand and Tianjin University of Science &amp; Technology.
