The objective of the workshop was to support AU instructors in their continuous professional development, enhance alignment with Thailand\u2019s Higher Education Qualifications Framework (HEdQF), and Understanding and Alignment<\/h3>\n<p>The first day provided an overview of the PSF structure and its connection to Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Constructive Alignment. Participants learned how to connect learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessment methods in a cohesive framework.<\/p>\n<p>Morning sessions emphasized aligning course design with OBE principles, while the afternoon sessions focused on exploring exemplary RAP submissions and identifying evidence of effective teaching practice. Group discussions encouraged faculty to reflect on their classroom innovations, student engagement strategies, and assessment techniques.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Day 2: Reflection, Application, and Review<\/h3>\n<p>The second day was designed as a writing and mentoring session. Participants drafted their Reflective Accounts, received personalized feedback, and participated in appreciative dialogue sessions to refine their narratives.
