This collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on March 26, 2024, aims to enhance expertise in life, non-life, health, and accidental insurance claims management, as well as wellness specialization.<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural course,\u00a0<em><strong>&#8220;Becoming a Professional Insurance Claims Examiner: Accident, Health, and Life Insurance,&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was conducted from October 29 to December 3, 2024. This 42-hour program combined on-site sessions at AU \u2018 s Hua Mak Campus and online learning via Zoom, providing flexibility for participants.
