The event highlighted student creativity, scientific research, and entrepreneurial drive in shaping the foods of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>From sustainable packaging solutions to innovative food products and technologies, students presented forward-thinking ideas aimed at tackling global challenges in nutrition, sustainability, and food security. It also underlined the University\u2019s commitment to equipping students with hands-on learning experiences that connect science with real-world application.<\/p>\n<p>Asst. Prof. Patchanee Yasurin, Ph.D., Dean of the Theophane Venard School of Biotechnology, praised the students\u2019 achievements, noting that their projects reflected not only technical knowledge but also creativity and a strong awareness of sustainability and global food trends.<\/p>\n<p>The Future Food Student Innovation Showcase demonstrated that the future of food is not just about taste, it is about responsibility, sustainability, and vision.
