On March 19, 2025, students gathered at C102, Hua Mak Campus, for an engaging and insightful workshop titled The Power of Personality in Leadership. Led by\u00a0<strong>Dr. Archaree Phiphadkusolkul<\/strong>, Assistant to the Dean for Student Affairs,\u00a0<a title=\"Read mroe\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.au.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Theodore Maria School of Arts<\/a>\u00a0the session focused on the often-overlooked elements of leadership: appearance, posture, dress, and communication.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Archaree captivated the audience with her dynamic presentation, emphasizing the significance of first impressions and personal branding in professional and leadership settings. \u201cLeadership isn\u2019t just about what you say\u2014it\u2019s about how you present yourself,\u201d she noted. Attendees gained practical tips on grooming, body language, and dressing for success, ensuring they leave a lasting impact wherever they go.<\/p>\n<p>One of the session\u2019s highlights was an interactive demonstration on posture and mannerisms, where students practiced power poses and effective communication techniques.
