During the seminar, participants gained practical insights into applying EQ to navigate complex interactions and improve professional relationships.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar also provided a comprehensive exploration of DISC communication styles, a behavioral assessment tool that categorizes individuals into Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance styles. Attendees learned to identify their own communication styles and to effectively respond to diverse communication preferences in professional settings.<\/p>\n<p>Interactive group activities were designed to foster adaptive communication skills, allowing participants to practice real-time application of learned concepts. Reflective discussions provided opportunities for attendees to share experiences, reinforce learning outcomes, and clarify practical applications.<\/p>\n<p>The event concluded with a ceremony marking
